Free Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to any address across the Philippines at no extra charge. After your order is confirmed, your appliance will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. There are no hidden fees, no surcharges at the point of delivery, and no surprise costs — the price you see is the price you pay, VAT (12%) already included.

Worry-Free Returns

We stand behind every purchase with a 60-day return window measured from the day of delivery. You may return a unit for any reason — including a simple change of mind — within that period. We arrange the return pickup free of charge, and your refund is processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item.

Defective Items and Warranty Coverage

Should a unit arrive defective or develop a fault covered under warranty, you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or refund. Your rights are protected both by the manufacturer’s official warranty and by the implied warranty provisions of the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

Secure Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards through a secure, 3-D Secure-authenticated payment page. We do not store your card details at any point in the process.
